I set up Glee Coaching after being made redundant from a job I loved.  All good things come to an end, and with that end came the start of Glee. 

My passion for coaching and supporting people to find their voice, and to grow in a way they feel in control had played through many of the roles I had. It was a natural progression for me to start a coaching company.  The coaching qualifications I had been doing on the side over the years, and in work, fed my curiosity about how best I can support people who want to thrive.

I set up the business as I had seen leaders introduced to new roles, with new responsibilities, but without the right support around them to help them flourish.  If the leader isn't effective, neither is the team below them.   

I have led businesses, sat on charitable boards and volunteer as a business mentor with the Help To Grow government scheme. I have led successful teams and have managed project teams where the team members had other main roles to fulfil.  I understand the importance of being kind to yourself, stretching yourself with the right support around you and applying your learning on a daily basis. 

I now coach and mentor, train and speak on topics relating to team performance, leadership presence and being part of the leadership for good movement.

When I am not in work I am with my family, on the beach, with my dogs or throwing a pot or two!
